Our Conductor

Bill Sandell is the band's Conductor in Residence.

He lives in Rosyth and is married to Carol and has one daughter and three step-children. He is a retired police officer, and now spends his time golfing and banding (and claims he has no time for anything else!).

Bill has supplied his list of bands, in chronological order, which reads: Kelty, Lochgelly Jnrs, Kelty, Newmains, then the Lifeguards Band of the Househould Cavalry (on his horse, Sausage), Crystal Palace, Hillingdon, Waltham St Lawrence, Broxburn, Buckhaven, Lochgelly, Kelty, Kingdom Brass.
